It was very well covered on Bailey's pod this week. Webber going up mountains.
He is a full time employee of the club, occupying one of the most important seats in the entire business. We are not far away from what is likely to be an absolutely crucial period for the club when our relegation is confirmed. There will be massive decisions to be taken over vast swathes of the football side of the business - player contracts, players wanting to leave, key recruitment decisions, future of the management team, numerous backroom staff, direction to be set for next season across every area.
I think at this time the club is entitled to expect that his full attention is on all of this stuff. Not preparing to go up a mountain.
It's just my opinion, but I feel this very strongly. I think it sends a terrible signal to the wider club about priorities.
