But my Scottish Power offer was almost identical to the price cap in early February.

Electric 28.26p with 22p standing charges and gas 7.64p with 21p standing charge

No reason to believe it wouldn’t have been honoured and obviously didn’t last long with Russia invading Ukraine shortly after.

Was called ‘exclusive fixed’ which is what I’m on til next month. Now the best offer is ‘fixed price’

I assume it was one of very few decent deals around.
