IMO - you're wrong re the Corner stand between Barclay & Jarrold

Could never see the police agreeing to the use of all the seats in a corner stand between the Barclay and Jarrold.

So would spending say ?3m for a few usable seats be economic? I doubt it. Better to put the upper tier on the GW stand and thats what I think this seasons debt reduction in preference to team strengthening has been all about.
