Thats a bit unfair IMHO.

The fact we pretty much achieved the target of a top 26 club its not unreasonable to have a new target that is at least reasonable.
We might not have achieved it but who knows what the future brings.
I hardly think Webber is bigging us up by saying we hope to be a top 17 club...
