You make it sound so easy. You should have sent in your application.

Its like there aren't a million other clubs looking at the same things.
Top clubs were not really looking at ANY of the players we have signed over the past 3-4 years.
Some have worked out amazingly, some have done well, some have been duds.

That's the market we are in. Its a percentage game.

In any academy you would be satisfied if just one player out of 30 made it to the first team.
