CDM was priority number one, bar none.

Part of the reason we score so few goals is because we have zero control of the game. We don't manage possession, we aren't able to push up and pressure the other team, we have to drop deep and invite pressure on ourselves, and as a result we can't build attacks and often have to "lump it". That, or cough the ball up in our own third. Many of our problems in attack AND defence stem from the lack of a Tettey replacement - or indeed a Tettey upgrade.
