I still don't think most of them are poor players individually

They're just all too lightweight, nobody is providing the physical presence and athleticism you need at this level. Put most of these players in a team where other players were providing that physical presence and they'd look just fine, even in the Prem. But nobody is really providing that in this team and it makes them all look worse collectively. And that is Webber's fault because it was obviously an issue last time.
