of the fact that the focus on who is the manager is massively overplayed. Either you have the players who are capable, or you don't. We don't have a premier league squad, not even close. You could put Pep in charge of this lot and we'd still lose every week. Similarly you put Farke in charge of Norwich in the championship with Buendia, Skipp and Pukki and we'd win it with ease.

The focus should be on the players, either they are good or they are not. And this lot are miles off.
