Reading most of the opinions below following Webber's statement is a bit sad - but....

This season we did expect better. You could reasonably say we were promised better than two seasons ago by SW and DF And yes we did spend money this time around.

Simplistic as it is that I believe explains why so many of us are currently disappointed / angry / upset. We are embarrassing - fact. Talk Sport and all their acolytes do have a point sadly. We didn't just hope for better this time round we expected better. We were (sort of) promised better, and it's not better it's worse - much worse. It probably is overreaction, but not by much.

Really don't see any point in changing the manager personally. DF still has enough credit in my book, but football is a results driven business and unless we improve rapidly so we at least become (semi) competitive the clamour for his head will inevitably become too much. OTBC.
