You have the right to withdraw money

But I love a bet. I bet what I can afford and love the thrill of a win now and again. Should I not enjoy a beer because of alcoholism. Addictions are horrendous things admittedly and through my work I see the effect of them but should we ration sales of food because people eat too much or alcohol because people drink to excess.
