Dell's come with two CDs - their own OEM windows installation CD (sets up various defaults and options specifically) and a drivers CD for all the drivers used.
Ideally, install with the Dell XP disk and use the drivers CD to autodetect the hardware and prompt you to install the drivers.
Alternatively, if you don't have one or either of them, install a vanilla copy of XP and go to the Dell support website. Enter the tagID of the PC and it will list all the drivers you need. If you can connect to the internet with it, just download and install. If you need to use another machine, copy copy them over on cdr or memory key.
