Dunno, I think we have promising players

But a seriously unbalanced squad.

We know some of these guys are better than this and the setup doesn't seem to either be playing to the players strengths or probing opposition weaknesses.

Just look like we're setting up to be solid and hoping to nick something.

So yeah, Southgate seems nice enough and the players seem likable and to get on, but they're not really looking any more like a team...
