England's chances

I notice in the analysis people are going on about our attacking talent and concerns about our defence.

I see that on paper... But in practice I never think we look particularly incisive (against the better or we'll organised teams) although we look tidy in defense.

As ever, how it works in the Euros will be down to which team gels over the tournament and gets ticking. Quite a few teams will have a chance, but when you look at the quality in the French, German and Portugal sides you'd have to say that they're in a strong position.
