Think we would fill it in prem at least for most games

Which is why the club have always said they would need to be established in prem before they would do it. Then maybe take out a loan to repay over long term.

Really want new city stand but just not the sensible option to do it now. Can't see the hotel corner ever being done unless we get a really super rich owner prepared to three cash around and buy it out and knock it down.
