Hate to burst the bubble but we did not sell out a lot of games. IMHO a 35K stadium would have many empty seats every week.
The financial return for the extra supporters is very small compared to the price of the new stand.
IMHO it makes more financial sense to fill in the Hotel corner to increase capacity closer to 30k
