and the top players wanting to play for us?
It seems we have accepted the 'little old Norwich' mentality and that when ever we get a decent player, he moves on. We are not some tinpot club that can't compete in the PL with our fanbase and structure.
Breaking the wage barrier and giving Emi a lucrative contract could be the catalyst for our club, to attract better quality and a club who has real ambition to kick on. Otherwise we will always have the reputation of being a springboard for players.
I can't think of a time when we as a club have been more financially stable to kick on? Keep Emi, we have a great chance to stay up. Lose him and I fear it will be even worse than the last PL campaign. The standard of the Championship this season has been very poor; the gap has never been so big between the top two.
