yep it wasn't really broken before - greedy really.

Make it so that amount paid comes off the ticket price (away) or you get some drinks (at home). Prioritise those who go regularly look at sales over the last 3 years i.e the old points system and its done. Thing is last time i didn;t pay and used the money saved to by tickets home and away - generally only have a few weekends a year its possible to get tickets as long as you are relaxed about where to sit
