Yes, as long as the borders are controlled properly, quarantine

operates properly, and new, (current) vaccine-resistant variants don't sneak through. If they do, it will be harder to stop the spread once we're operating without any restrictions, hopefully in the summer.

Just being an annoying devil's advocate really!

Vaccine roll out here is great, but it's only part of the global story.
