completely agree it odd really it obvious that its a good strategy

there are things which can go wrong of course, but its very odd that others have not tried this. I guess we are a bit odd in that the owners have patience and just enjoy being fans. Which means good times and bad. When Webber moves on I hope we get it right again but he has been such a breath of fresh air. There is I think no hiding from him and no bulls**t its often tough for people like that to work with others who think they know better because they made lots of money outside of football.
