It's just I think that our history of managerial appointments over the last 20 years shows that Delia & Co have been just as capable of choosing a s**t one as a good one!

I think that the Webberlution has been the most significant thing to happen to us in a very long time, though, and that's NOT luck - that's about having headhunted a guy with vision and courage, and giving him enough money to let him do at least some of what he wants to do - so the investment in Colney and in youth coaching, and making the whole culture one in which we try to develop young talent and sell them, gives us a workable platform for the future. Bloody brilliant.
