I agree with that - Jim holds the side to a high standard

I don’t find him to be a gloom merchant, just gets annoyed with performances not at the level he expects from us. It’s not like he thinks we’re not good, its actually the opposite, if anything I think Jim thinks we’re better than we actually are.
