‘unacceptable’ is the bit I often disagree with with Jim

It always implies to me that there’s a level of performance we have some sort of right to. And anything beneath that is done sort of punishable offence.

Do think Jim says lots of insightful things. It’s just that sense that we’re entitled to something, sometimes, that I don’t agree with.
