I think Hick got a decent throw of the dice, although was held to higher expectations than others.

Rhodes and Kabir weren't top tier players, although could have played a bigger supporting role.

Moeen and Solanki (super sub...) both have suffered from their flexibility and willingness to be moved around for the team.

When batting at 7 moeen has been superb

Not really sure why it made sense to shuffle him around for the sake of misfiring wicketkeepers etc.
