Debenhams building a good example. I could see a nice mixed use scheme in there with perhaps a hotel, a couple of smaller shop units, bars and restaurants and a few flats. Maybe a concert hall.

I suppose the question will be whether there is the funding there to do it if the economy is in the duldrums and also, has the recent pandemic deterred people from living in flats in city centres?
