Particularly 13.1(e). "Impede" is an unhelpfully vague word. AZ should've insisted on "prevent".

I think it would be a brave judge that ordered AZ to re-designated doses they are contracted to provide to a third party rather than just awarding hefty damages for misrep.

But who knows. Belgium innit.
