That's a fair point OG but the idea isn't to give complete

access to all farmland, it would be permissive paths where there aren't any at present. My Uncle and Father-in-law were/are farmers and they've voluntarily done this for years without any problems. It doesn't give people the right to enter farmyards, farm buildings or damage crops.
