He's nailed on for next season, after that it's less clear because Wolff is stepping back as you say, and who knows how good merc will be under the new regs.

I thought he might want to drive for ferrari at some point, but that ship seems to have sailed with Ferrari backing Leclerc long term and their car being pants.
