Track, trace and isolate becomes increasingly more difficult

the more cases rise.

If we'd had a "world class" system in place during the summer, and more people had isolated when asked, it might not be quite as bad now.

It was always going to spike though, with schools, colleges, universities all going back at the same time, combined with the urges to go out, get back to work etc.
