I read yesterdays BBC article the same way...positive spin on clubs still undecided

Something along ther lines of... No one disagrees but some representatives are asking questions. But obviously the further down the pyramid you go the money becomes of greater importance than the decisions of a few clubs off in the financial distance. But as I said below financial reform of the way clubs behave is paramount not clubs just getting more money to spend.
