I think he's being naive

because he seems to agree that the one club one vote is important, yet there's no way the big clubs will give 25% of the TV money away without grabbing all the power. That's at the heart of the proposals.

And once they've got all the power, I simply don't believe in the future they will use it for greater good. It's too big a risk.

Really surprised at Conn tbh.
