will, in the future, pull the rug from under the EFL and start to negotiate their own TV deals, or even run their own streaming services and keep ALL the cash.

So, no, this is not a good thing. It's a clear short-term bribe, using Covid as cover, to concentrate even more power with the big clubs.

Does anyone really think the owners of Liverpool and Man United are in any way being altruistic here?
