They've had months to prepare so they ought to be. Anyway, as you know, I take the view that the harm caused by restrictions hugely outweighs that caused by the virus - we've all seen it - mental harm, physical harm, economic, political, educational you name it. And what's the end game here ...a vaccine? Well, fingers crossed there - that it works (the current candidates have a 50/60% efficacy rate), that it's widely available, that people are willing to take it and so on.
