The best one I had was a Gray Nicolls

It was the top of the range one at that time. About £140! I loved it. Unfortunately in one game I lent it to a mate and it broke - I was gutted.

I recently found an old GM Maestro that I had. Not the greatest bat ever but it's signed by Beefy! And it looks like it still works.

As a junior I always wanted a Slazenger 'cos they looked really cool. I think the first full size bat I had was a scoop which was ideal when just starting proper cricket
