As others have said, Bamboo or wacom

Are the well known brands. They'd both have version that work with windows 10.

My daughter is an artist and uses a Surface Pro for digital drawing, but, for the bulk of her stuff is still using trad art materials.

Digital art is a skill unto itself and so it does take time and effort whatever thing you opt for.

Another option, might be to draw/scan and then digitally manipulate the scan.
