It isn't a pre requisite,but I've never heard someone

Who hasn't played at a really good level,even if they're qualified coaches,speak more sense and knowledge than Stew Bunting,clive Adam's,Robin Huggins.You can pass whatever exam you like but getting advice from people like them is worth more.
