Interested in your opinion of the NHS in Wales and SNP In Scotland

Genuine question. I have seen tons of tropes about evil Tories save the NHS in this election which forgets to mention that NHS in Wales is already run by Labour and doesnt appear any better. Same for SNP in Scotland.
