you genuinely need to do some serious research about the NHS, it's history and how it is currently funded and managed. Just do it. Not saying it would change your vote as most people never change views, but under a future Tory Govt you will be far far worse off. I understand where you are coming from on Corbyn but he is the better alternative for most. If you can't vote for him there are others. But seriously as others have indicated with emojis just do some research on the matter. If not today before the next elections.
