Not sure if the people making the decisions in the VAR studio

are assessed but refs are and if they are marked down they can be moved down from premiership to the championship and I'm sure if they really f**k up , they get stood down for a period of time

I'm sure if you tracked refs appearance against performance you would see it

and we dont need refs being interviewed after a game , it might seem a good idea but it would put undue pressure on them that might influence their decisions
