How are we paying for the mistakes of the past - all those are off the books

What about the money we got for Pritchard, the Murphy's x 2 and last season for Maddison? That's about £50m right there to add into the mix. I know until last season we had a deficit to cover but it odes seem that we are being ultra conservative.
