Video ref for both Man U v Liverpool & v Norwich. Did not disallow United's goal last week despite a blatant foul & awards them a ridiculous penalty. Fast replacing Simon Hooper in my view as the most promoted beyond his abilities ref.
Incidentally he was also very poor at Turf Moor when actually in the middle
