The ref was shocking yesterday! Football league standard!

Why is the top teams/games get the best refs and teams like us v Burnley get novice PL ones? It’s like, “it’s ok, it’s a low standard premier league fixture, let’s see how he copes”. Didn’t even flag the Burnley sub walking from one end of the pitch to the touch line.
