Same here. I thought it was like last season when Emi was often our best defensive player

in that he's prepared to drop right back to pick the ball up and relieve the defence. His amazing ball control and sheer bloody tenacity then allows him to escape from tight areas, get his head up and calmly pick out a pass that gets us on the attack.

Remember away at Middlesbrough, he did that all night.
