It's both.mostly governmental but as I've said it's only a certain group

Of people,well,people who are well off relatively,who aren't affected so speaking from an ivory tower isn't worth alot imo.And you can see by Tom Watson's reaction to Brexit that labour don't really give a s**t about the working classes anymore because of the size of our vote.
