Which I get, but officially you wouldn't be able to say that, hence why they now get paid equally. If I were to ask Wimbledon to explain why, what would they say?

I completely agree there would be no desire to make women's matches longer, but it's curious that in this day of equality it's accepted that the women play fewer sets.
