But don't U21s

not count in terms of the cap? Surely they can still count as part of the overall squad percentage, as long as we include them? Else you are forced to buy older players which seems counter intuitive. So if we have 6 home grown over 21s and 6 home grown u21s, doesn't that mean we have 12 eligible home grown squad players overall?

Or are we saying if our squad was entirely made up of u21s from our academy, we couldn't field a team?

I thought it just meant you can breach the 25 player cap 'as long as they are u21s'
