Roberts is also u21 isn’t he? By my calculations we have the following:

6 u21 (so they don’t count)
16 non home grown
6 home grown

For a full 25 squad then we still need to sign at least 3 players of whom 2 are home grown, but even then it assumes that we keep husband, Marshall, raggett and Hanley in the squad.

My guess is we will keep Marshall and Hanley and then need to sign at least 4 home grown players to complete the 25 man squad.

Of course alternatively we don’t bother with a full squad because we don’t feel we need it with the u21 players we have.

If we don’t sell anybody then we have space for one more non homegrown player in the squad. Obviously that could increase if we sold Oli, Srbeny or Heise for example.
