isn't it simply that it's just a cruel way to meat out justice?

the scottish team didn't make the mistake (aside from the keeper) and they, including their fans, thought that everyting was ok and they had qualified and then because of a refereeing error they had those hopes snatched away from them?

maybe we just need to get used to it i suppose.
