I'm ending my first 3 year term of leasing

I didn't take the serviced option last time but i will the next.
Just for hassle / stress free - not wanting to fall foul of the lease agreement when it comes to servicing and whether I can use just any garage or needs to be dealership. MOT - even now not sure if I need it to be MOT'd before I give it back and the Lease Broker don't seem able to answer. I had a couple of punctures in the 3 years which hurt in the pocket - these would have been included in the Service Package if I'd taken it.
