for quite a long time it was making it really uncomfortable for me to get out of the saddle when going uphill / sprinting etc.
actually maybe it was less than a year. Did it in the winter, think it hung around until the following autumn.
Anyway, put me right off running. Haven't done that at all for a couple of years now, apart from when getting a bus necessitates it. Shame, cos it's actually v good off-season training for a cyclist.
