You have to get your body to burn fat.

Keto is getting your body into the fat burning mode.

Just need to stick strictly to keto foods, no cheating.

FWIW it works for most people who do it correctly.

Its just science.

When I see people on TV who claim they cant lose any weight after "trying" diet and exercise, I scream Bulls**t.
Probably the same lack of discipline that got you into that state to begin with.
Eat less calories than you burn..... also taking meth helps but you lose all your teeth..... and friends..... and money/house.
